I hate that meltdowns tend to frighten people. I understand it when strangers see it, they don't know how I am or what's going on.
...but people who live with me... they should know by now my meltdowns don't result in violence towards others and rarely result in property damage (aside from an occasional accident, since care, attention, and skill go right out the window).

...and I really hate they get all mad, as if this doesn't suck for me too, or I chose to meltdown.
