Firstly, he'll need to get a Nostr npub, then a lightning wallet. If he goes to Coinos dot io and sets up an account (non kyc - just an email) it will create a wallet (it is custodial) and it creates a Nostr account (the npub) at the same time. He can copy that npub into a client like Amythst, Damus etc and set up his profile, point his lightning wallet to the Coinos user (something like - hisusername@coinos.io)

That's it. He can now communicate with the nostriches, try zap dot stream for a live show and find services like Nostr dot build to host his library of vids.
