My friend Pascal of Fanna-Fi-Allah hosts the best private Casbah nights once every fall. I am actually really missing it. I think I am attuning to another coming up but I am not in the area anymore. :(
This is a lil clip I captured the fall after he came back from having gone studying drumming in west Africa if I recall correctly for a few weeks. He's awesome about bringing along international musicians on tour to the states. This was definitely a super fun night of wonderful connections with community. I remember having a conversation with a friend about having conversations with the idea of it being our last. I.e. giving the highest quality of presence possible.
