I’d largely agree. The % of startups whose cash inflows AND outflows are BTC is next to zero. Minimum 6-12 months of operating expenses in fiat should be the standard. In my opinion Btc as a treasury reserve asset is implemented best in boring, mature, cash flowing business’s rather than startups.
