… even with my child's level of Japanese, I can tell that this is an incomplete translation.
肉まん is "pork buns"
常備したい … I guess this translates roughly to "always ready"
食べ物 is "food"
and:
のひとつ … roughly "one of"
So I guess you mean that you're always ready for pork buns (much as I might say for pizza (ピザ).
But notice how the Google translation left out the key concept?
