I still can't believe the arrogance of Justice Roberts in claiming that the judiciary has more expertise than federal agencies when it comes to regulating the myriad, complex aspects of healthcare, the environment, transit, to name just a few examples. That is hubris on steroids and, as Justice Kagan said, a power grab.
Dems need to win the #election in Nov. We need to expand #SCOTUS. We need to make Roberts a toothless tiger.
