We follow the Mastodon server covenant on all of our servers, which requires us to give you a three-month notice before we shut the server down. While the infra on Odd.Town is something I'm proud of and has been able to run remarkably well hands-off, the longer it keeps running the more risk there is of security vulnerabilities or higher costs. So I'm making the decision to start that shutdown period now, rather than several months from now.
