The problem with the jobs board on X is that you have to go through a procedure in order to post a job. I don't even actually know the procedure on how someone can create a job post. There is no button to create a job post.

I suspect you must have a blue check verified company profile. Last time I check X wanted an enormously & ridiculous high price for a verified company blue check profile.

Small businesses can't afford their prices. Only massive corporations can. That's why I only see big companies posting jobs in their jobs board.

Can you imagine the resources and employees you need in order to verify all the incoming job post requests?

Nostr doesn't work like that. Since nostr is decentralized and nostr is not a company. Any profile can submit a job post without verification.

It's up to the individual looking for a job to do their own due diligence and make sure the job post is legit. Considering that the job post is made by a nostr profile. You can easily verify if the company is legit by simply investigating and looking at their profile.

Nostr's marketplace works this way and there is no issues. It's about personal responsibility.

This is why nostr's job board will eventually out compete X. Almost everything on nostr will out complete X.

Nostr is just better.
Nostr is decentralized.
