When I look out into the future alongside all of the bitcoin exchanges whom have all collectively decided to place limits on how much the owners of the bitcoin can send, it looks like an unethical business model. To force the future holders to use their exchange as a service for as long as they can get away with it.

This only casts a shadow on these companies. Not a Satoshi vision at all. While you point fingers at the fiat system, look in the mirror.
