I’ve gotten burned out and taken breaks many times. I find it helpful to rediscover things you loved before bitcoin. Other podcasts you’ve neglected, other genres of books, social media is cancer in any form and a break from that in general is very healthy. Reconnect with interests outside of Bitcoin. They still exist I’m sure!
