I've made a couple sales on Shopstr, and haven"t pushed hard yet, but relays can still be an issue. Even if you have your relays figured out an running smooth, not all people do yet. It has led to missed messages and/or confusion. Same with just PM ing. I usually see it more with people with less than a year on Nostr.
