The greatest, and yet totally solvable, problem with our democratic institutions is how it limits the pool of decision makers to only the financial successful or secure. Those not from money, but usually with money get power. And the longer you remain in politics, the greater the separation grows.

The USA is the absolute extreme, but Canada is not as far behind as it might seem and the progression is clear.

This is another injustice/inequality that #UBI would address.
