Tough question. It’s a balance between money, anxiety, comfortability with uncertainty, and time.
For me, if the price were right I’d do whole body screening mri. But I wouldn’t pay more than $1,000 for it at my age. I’d pay more in 10 years and even more in 20 though. But that’s only because I know and am comfortable with low probability positive exam findings.
