This is why I wrote NIP20
https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/20.md and implemented it in nostr-rs-relay, I just haven't implemented it on the client side yet. If the relay doesn't send an OK response we can retry after a bit or stop trying if its rejected for some reason.
