Tell me you have never been to a poor country lol
Latam and Asia do not have an Uncle Sam giving out welfare checks and food stamps. Many are just dirt poor and still choose to have kids. A hard money standard is not going to disincentivize these ppl from having kids.
Maybe in America it will, but not in most of the planet
