When some people commit murder, they turn themselves in despite knowing they may never get caught.
Now imagine feeling guilty cause our tax dollars go towards genocide. One wouldn't want to back a genocidal candidate if they felt guilty enough. Not voting for Kam is kinda like turning ourselves in.
