earlier tonight we suffered a network outage resulting in several managed hosting instances being unreachable for about 3 and a half hours. as it turns out, our upstream provider has been working on IP migrations unannounced to us.
instances that were unreachable during this outage are now once again reachable, but the network is still unstable. please be patient while we investigate further.
