Gender discussion yesterday, and we came to the conclusion that Western society has a spontaneously-appearing gender outside the sex binary: goth.

Goth gender has distinct performance in e.g. clothing relative to other social groups, and large overlap in performance between goths of different biological sex: dark colours, lace, boots, eyeliner etc. It's a non-binary gender in all but name.

I want to let them put it on their passport.
