I'm going to take a wild guess that It's because CoinCards starting sending mass newsletters which triggers your server's IP as spam. Also the fact that you said that people were upset about the newsletter that you sent about Ross. I'm sure many people got upset and marked it as spam to flag your domain.

That is what is causing the emails to go to the spam folder now. I had this issue many years ago on someone's server.

Your true customers will just add your domain to the safe list and life will continue on. I haven't had any issues but it's good that you let us know.
