I like that it's less of a wild card in tracking calories. I like that it truly wasn't that difficult to do.
Have I noticed health benefits like better sleep, clear skin, etc? Nope... so that's been a bummer. I do miss the flavor, though, since I'm just coffee/water/tea. No sodas.
