A while back a writer on here linked to some old writing software that was seemingly still supported.

I forgot to bookmark it at the time.

Not many clues to go on, but it’s utilitarian and minimalist. Just focusing on writing and not how it looks, has proper book formatting functionality.

If anything immediately springs to mind, or if you know anything new and trendy, let me know. (Not too trendy I’m not buying it from an App Store or subscription)
