More and more I see people posting and confirming what many of use have been saying for months if not a year or more. The job situation is not as rosey as is depicted. Jobs are not plentiful, jobs are not easy to get, and often the jobs advertised and even being interviewed for are not actually hiring. It's depressing to continually search often to hear nothing back and if you manage to get an interview you're ghosted immediately following the interview process no matter how positive it went. #jobs #jobsearch
