Some people in #tech think that the worse thing about the holidays is showing up for a family event and having to be the family tech support. However, in a lot of my family - including extended family - there is a smattering of #nerd and #infosec aware folk, so the worse thing about family gatherings is probably the non-techies having to listen to us nerds go on and on about something obscure and drenched in acronyms. And they've learned not to ask what we're talking about, because we will answer their question most thoroughly.
