I've finally allowed myself to cry a little bit, or felt I could cry, for the first time in a long time, Mastodon, my true Confessor. Saying goodbye to my son after a weekend visit and processing complicated emotions upon the death of my mother has produced a few tears. Granted, not many, but I am relieved to know I'm still in there somewhere and not simply a shell of a former self. #depression #bipolar
