This year I want to experiment with using banana leaves, corn husks and lotus leaves to replace parchment paper. (I do not come from those food traditions, I'm starting at the bottom of the learning curve, I'm excited to learn.)
Do you cook with any other kind of leaves or plant bits in a similar way? I'd love to know what else is out there as options.
