it's too bad garfiald isn't really around much anymore to be like "I think games should have slow travel. If the experience is well crafted then it should be an experience to savor when moving between locations. In an ideal game I would never successfully leave the tutorial area, as a sublime reflection of how life itself is a perpetual tutorial."
