They learn from their own parents. But more and more people are learning to use the internet so that is a factor despite what I said previously. Also worth mentioning that the internet didn’t always exist at all, and some places these days don’t have or have extremely limited/expensive internet, so you’d be going the library I guess? And reading requires education levels again and a certain emotional readiness to read books.
