Sea of Thieves is such massive wasted potential of a game. If instead of stubbornly insisting that PvPvE is the heart of the game, Rare could have spent the last 5 years developing the PvE and making it truly a great experience for solo players or those who just don't want to deal with PvP. Makes me mad every time I think about it. It's shameful that some smaller company hasn't come around and stolen their lunch like the Palworld guys did.
