It's impossible to communicate with missions exploring the far side of the Moon, so the Chinese Space Agency launches communication relay satellites to the area. The first, Queqiao-1, coordinated communications with the Chang'e-4 landers, and now they've launched Queqiao-2 to support future far-side exploration by Chang'e-6, which is due for launch in May. This satellite will also be used for the upcoming Chang'e-7 and 8 missions due for launch in 2027 and 2028.
