The Red Cross, to my knowledge, have never visited hostages, not the ISIS hostages (who were butchered one by one, for the cameras), or the Beirut hostages (who were chained to radiators in basements for FOUR YEARS).
And they haven't visited these Hamas hostages either.
The clue is on their website, It says they support "detainees".
A detainee is prisoner, in a building with a street address, usually held by a government, who they can visit.
A hostage is someone in a hole in the ground somewhere, held by armed nutjobs.
This is why they don't visit them.
