As a smartphone refusnik I find the increasing dependence on Aps annoying but my mild annoyance is nothing compared to the (economic & social) disenfranchisement of some who are unable to access services or who find themselves locked out of certain activities.

Fans of the technology will just claim this is a manifestation of technological advance but many of us are refusing Aps/smartphones for good reasons - perhaps we're not dinosaurs, just more careful?
