A suite of tools for visualizing and controlling Nostr relays

I'm four commits in on this brand spankin' new project here. There's a lot more to go, but hey, sometimes the scaffolding is worth lookin' at.

The concept behind RelayController rests in a few key observations:

- Relays need tools for visualizing their stored events, controlling nonpermanent events, optionally broadcasting events to other relays, and other use cases that have yet to be revealed.
- Nostr Event visualization is a very young field. We should have tools that enable us to gain useful insight into the Events stored on any Relay
- UI designers can open up a whole new canvas for Relay-specific visualizations, aggregating data from multiple Relays, without the need to provide a complete social experience.

This is just the first such project from my hand. It's horribly ugly, buggy, and screaming for better. Follow, star, and zap if you think it's goin' places!
