It's hard to go back to focusing on code or analysis afterwards because it takes ages and the dopamine rewards are few and hard won. I hope this is not true, but I fear it may be. The thing is, the brain rewards are much deeper when you've really had to fight + focus.
And that gives me some hope 2/
