[WARN] Dispatcher Service has been used, but not recently
[OK] Locks are functional
[FAIL] No active python wrapper pollers found
It's been using Laravel/artisan for some time, so I'm not clear what's wrong.
Had to remove some query_cache_* stuff from my.cnf to get to this point.
