I've revised what queen Ursula said, and she was referring to removing red tape and incentive investment from retail. Which was poorly translated to "use savings of europeans to invest".
They will devalue the euro for at least €800B and indeed steal everybody's savings.
The first misinterpretation of Ursula's words would immediately trigger bank runs like the world have never seen.
The second point on the other hand, will lull europeans into conformity.
