Idly wondering: does anyone use Subversion these days (https://subversion.apache.org/)? In what setting, and for what purpose?
I happily use it for versioning org-mode files and transparently serving them over WebDAV. It Just Works as well as when I first used it 15+ years ago.
But on the public Internet, it has clearly lost to the DVCS squad (git, hg, et al). Private professional settings that I'm aware of are similarly dominated by an open DVCS, Perforce, or something similar to Perforce.
