He also seems to not have known "the trick", which is to use a felt pen to draw a diagonal line on the side of the deck, then after a number of changes, another "clean" line in a different colour. For a deck that large, he would have to be a little more sophisticated, like a line for each major module or something. Then you bind those with elastics because even with a line, sorting a dropped deck is a pain in the arse.
