I'm learning to live with it too: our parents created the systems they live in. Unless they ask, it's really not ours to solve 😢 And it's hard to see.

But I'm finding that listening and talking frankly, just about the facts (no judgement, no fixing) has my mom occasionally standing up for herself now. Surprise, surprise. At 91 years of age.
