I am also studying one of Gilbert’s courses at the moment. I plan to take more as time allows. I haven’t gone hardcore with that course yet but I have the pendula and a dedicated notebook and whatnot. Right now I am using the courses as background audio while I get things done around the house. I listen to each session several times. That way I can function stack while also absorbing, but I absorb across multiple sessions.
At that point, like a song, the session begins to become familiar to me. When I go back to more thoroughly take notes and whatnot, I will feel better oriented, I think I will absorb the content better, and my note taking will be better
