The average bill being passed in congress is around One thousand four hundred pages.. just to pass a stupid new law.
If I were in Congress i would submit a 1/2 page bill saying : Every congressperson who presents a bill, has to hand write the bill with a pen, like the founding Fathers. No interns either. It has to be hand written by the congressman. This would end the nonsense of "we have to pass it to see what's in it" cuz nobody gonna hand write 1,500 pages.
