I am no stranger to start up businesses, business promotions, or real estate acquisitions myself. Still hold a license in real estate that I keep current for potential future business investment. Just wanted to make sure you have all your ducks in a row first.

If your point is to regenerate a town with a circular bitcoin economy. Then this should be a Bitcoin / Nostr shop.

Maybe offer customers several ways to get educated on bitcoin, make their first purchases, set up a nostr account for their business, get them up and ready to hit the ground running in under an hour.

Sounds like a very cool project with a lot of potential. I certainly would have a lot of fun doing something like this.
