Today's battlefields are in our own minds, and the weapons deployed against us are ideas, narratives, sometimes even single words.

I wish we had the luxury of this being only an interesting metaphor.

But I do not believe that's the case.

We are on the receiving end of some long-game fuckery, fall right into new traps bewildered, and face ever more serious losses.

What to do, then?
