I hate what I'm going to say, but realistically speaking, in our current situation, It would be very hard to illegally manufacture cars. It's easy to hide 20 artisans working on an illegal version of Hermès but hiding a car factory is a different story.
THO in a world where Bitcoiners can afford a car a car factory, they might be powerful enough not to have to ask permission.
