reasons I fucking hate Mikrotik/RouterOS #64219:
Static routes are bad enough, but RouterOS will fucking CHANGE THEM ON YOU.
Legacy network has a bunch of VPNs for management access, and if the VPN flakes out, the static routes bolted onto it will get their next-hop set to "unreachable," and it will never fucking recover without manual intervention.
I'm working on ripping this bullshit out, but nachos fucking christ waffles, its a fucking STATIC route!
And as always, fuck you Chris, where ever you are.
