But we're lucky, two years ago the only school in our part of the country that specializes in autistic kids opened just a 5-minute drive from us. So at least we can be sure that he's getting the best education he can get here. He just turned 7, so there is still some time to improve. I think it's also partly about motivation. He'd be able to speak to us, but he doesn't seem to feel the need to do so.
