Their risk model, called ECHO ETUN, had the T for the technical skill required for someone to exploit the vulnerability.
They got pissed every time I pointed out the difference between the lowest rating and highest rating was a PERL script uploaded to a newsgroup.
But I wasn't wrong. Just inconvenient for a security group that reports directly to the CTO - the very person who prioritizes the developers that coded it that way to begin with.
