Absolutely. I'm on Damus so here is what i did:

1. You need Tailscale app installed on your umbrel (umbrel app store) and your iPhone (apple app atore)
2. Add your iPhone device to Tailscale
3. Enable VPN on you iPhone device and select Tailscale Tunnel
4. Go to Tailscale on your iPhone, copy url from umbrel as listed
5. Paste url on browser
6. Access your Umbrel on your iPhone via Tailscale
7. Open "Nostr Relay" app on Umbrel
8. Copy Relay URL
9. Add relay on Damus and paste Relay URL

Then you are done, you can start seeing your note populating on the Nostr Relay app on Umbrel
