Food like this really helped me after I started experiencing scary blood sugar crashes during my pregnancy. Fortunately a few simple changes to my diet fixed it! I make sure to:
1. eat frequently, especially since i've been going hard with the pregnancy workouts! They really help aches and pains.
2. Make sure I always eat fat, protein, & carbs together.
3. Swap out regular desserts for high fat & low sugar (bonus if the sugar is fructose!) My favorites are fruit smoothies with heavy cream, the berries & cream ofc 👇 and homemade banana bread or applesauce bread with lots of butter on top!
