Saying "people will always place a higher value on documentation written by a human being" (or on interacting with a person at a help desk instead of a chatbot) is like saying "people will always prefer garden tomatoes to tasteless plastic-wrapped supermarket round red objects that haven't been bred for a hundred generations to be pretty and easy to pack rather than flavorful" - if you've never had the real thing, you won't know what you're missing and won't ask for it. 1/
