This right there should be challenged in court. Politicians might be corrupt and leading monitoring software producers might enjoy questioning Bitcoin's fungibility but this "99% high risk" drops right out of their software and they willfully allow it to be taken for something that it is not.

The transaction in question was by Giacomo Zucco (is he not on nostr yet? I'm confused.)

Nobody has or should have a right to know the full history of a coin or bill and the same should apply to Bitcoin. Privacy is a right and using privacy tools doesn't make your money "high risk".

Every day, hundreds of users - users that happen to not have a giant following on social media - get their transactions flagged and confronted with some "99% high risk" bullshit while probably 99.9% of them eventually get their money back.

How would it look if their software was forced to accurately label this transaction as a "0.1% high risk" transaction? How much would they sell their product if they were forced to accurately label stuff? How many people would get forced to jump through hoops to proof their money was theirs if these bad actors could not keep their false claims?

Who can challenge them in court once and for all?
